My kids are officially out of school and we are on summer mode so I am not surprised by what I noticed this week. I made this Preppy Kitchen chocolate sheet cake over the weekend and was reminded how much I love a good sheet cake. Not only is it easier than a layered cake, the frosting to cake ratio was spot on – not too sweet and perfectly satisfying.
