I can’t believe it’s already Friday, this week has flown by! I hope you had a great week and that you found some time for something that you enjoy. I have a stack of magazines that have my name on this weekend, coupled with a nice forecast that’s just right for a little outdoor reading. In this week’s post, I share a winning crockpot dinner, new spring book releases, succulents that make you want another, and iced coffee beverages on my list for an afternoon cup.

Do you need a new slam dunk recipe in your repertoire? I love it when I find one that is a crowd puller for everyone and has leftovers for another day. This slow-cooked balsamic ground beef from Thriving Home is just that. I added Italian spices and put the meat on onion rolls with provolone cheese – yum!
